The system is independent of case type and features. It is possible to define the concepts and metadata required for specific types of cases directly in the system. To provide additional support for the work on cases, there is a workflow module. This makes it possible to specify the handling process and divide it into roles, and to follow and quality assure the process in detail. The workflow module itself is directly programmable in the system.
The document management function is complete, with revision management, check in/out, etc. There is also a template function linked to document management. The template function is also programmable and can be used, for example, to fill in a selected template automatically using information from the system. We would especially like to highlight the synergy between case and document that the system provides: each case in the system is allocated a separate document archive, intended for the document management linked to the case. This means that documents are always created, prepared and stored in context.
