What is FormPipe NetMaker BgCom?

FormPipe NetMaker BgCom is communication software that sends and collects files between customers and the Bank Giro system. This is done via an Internet connection (or a modem line in some cases). Customers use e-legitimation to sign in and send files to or collect them from BGC.

How it works

  • You create a file in your accounting system that you simply copy into FormPipe NetMaker BgCom.
  • You insert your e-identification into the card reader to provide authorization and to sign the file.
  • The file is encrypted and sent via the Internet to the bank giro account, which checks that the format is correct and that the file has not been changed after being signed.
  • The identity of the person who signed the file and their authority are checked against each other by the bank in order to determine if you have the right to send/receive files for the company.
  • After approval from the bank, you receive an electronic receipt.
  • The payment is made.
