FormPipe Software’s incentive programme heavily oversubscribed
The General Meeting held on 12 March 2009 approved the issue of 490,000 warrants, directed at all current employees of the FormPipe Software Group.
Each option entitles the holder to subscribe for one new share. Of the option rights offered, 44 per cent were subscribed by members of the management team, and 56 per cent by other employees.
If the option rights are exercised in full, it is calculated that the company’s share capital will increase by SEK 49,000, which is equivalent to approximately 4.2 per cent of the company’s current share capital and votes. The Board of Directors considers it to be beneficial to FormPipe Software and the company’s shareholders that the employees of the company participate in the development of the business by being given the opportunity to acquire warrants in an incentive programme. The Board is therefore very satisfied with the strong backing for the programme.
