FormPipe Software receives order worth SEK 7.9 million from Swedish County Administrative Board
The Swedish County Administrative Board has signed an agreement with FormPipe Software for Platina, the ECM case and document management product. The order is valued at SEK 7.9 million and refers exclusively to licence and maintenance income.
The Swedish County Administrative Board is already using Platina as a platform linked to e-services for driver’s licence applications and professional traffic permits, for example. It is now expanding its licence with a view to implementing a broader roll-out with regard to case and document management within the organisation.
“We see this order as further proof that our customers have identified appreciable rationalisation potential in our ECM products. The difficult market conditions are forcing the public sector in Sweden to implement efficiency projects, and many county, municipal and local authorities are already using our products," explains Christian Sundin, CEO of FormPipe Software.
"The processes involving Platina that we have already introduced have proved successful, and we are now ensuring that we have IT support that will be developed to accommodate new needs and opportunities at the county administrative boards. We have identified opportunities for improving the efficiency of administrative processes, and for further raising the level of the services we provide for private citizens and companies," says Mats Lilienberg, IT Manager at the County Administrative Board.
