Invitation to the Annual General Meeting in FormPipe Software AB (publ)

The shareholders in FormPipe Software AB (publ) – "The Company" – are hereby invited to the Annual General Meeting to be held at 15.00 on Thursday, 12 March 2009 at the Company premises at S:t Eriksgatan 117 in Stockholm, Sweden.

Registration for the General Meeting

Shareholders who wish to attend the General Meeting must:
 
  • be listed in the shareholders’ register maintained by Euroclear Sweden AB – previously VPC AB ("VPC") – on Friday, 6 March 2009
  • inform the Company of their intention to attend by writing to FormPipe Software AB, Attn. Lisa Kellner, Box 231 31, 104 35 Stockholm, Sweden, or by contacting the Company by fax to +46 8 555 290 99, by phone to: +46 8 555 290 84 or by e-mail to stamman@formpipe.se, no later than 16.00 on Friday, 6 March 2009.
