1997

Development of the FormPipe system platform commenced by Sign On. In a couple of years, it becomes a separate business area.
 

1998

A pilot installation of FormPipe is implemented in the City Construction Office in Stockholm, Sweden.
 

2001

The City of Stockholm signs a framework agreement concerning the FormPipe Notary Server.
 

2004

Sign On distributes the FormPipe business area to its shareholders.
 

2004

FormPipe Software carries out a comprehensive restructuring programme intended to ensure faster profitability and healthy growth.
 

2005

The FormPipe Software share is listed on New Markets – which is now called NASDAQ OMX First North.
 

2005

FormPipe Software acquires Digital Diary, a leading company in the development and sale of document and case management systems. Through the acquisition, FormPipe Software achieves a stronger position in the area of electronic information management products.
 

2005

In competition with products from around 60 other competing suppliers, the ECM product W3D3 records the highest score in Verva’s procurement process for a system to cover case management, workflow, document management and e-archiving.
 

2006

The company acquires ALP Data, which reinforces FormPipe Software’s position as the leading ECM supplier in Sweden.
 

2007

FormPipe Software acquires the Danish software company EFS Technology A/S, a company with high profitability and a strong position in the market for Input/Output Management.
 

2008

FormPipe Software acquires EBI Systems. This acquisition provides FormPipe Software with access to a partner network, business relations and customer agreements for the extremely competitive ECM product, Platina.
